Return/Refund Policy

The VUCAMAX Leadership Course is an education-based service where clients gain full access to all materials upon enrollment. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once enrollment is confirmed.

As per Washington state law, we ensure the following:

• No refunds will be granted once the Client has gained access to the virtual course materials, including downloadable resources, live training sessions, or any other digital content associated with the course.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their system meets all the technical requirements for accessing the course before purchasing.
• If technical issues prevent access to the course content, we will assist in resolving those issues within a reasonable time frame.

Important Note: Under Washington law (RCW 19.86), consumers may still exercise their right to dispute unauthorized charges if any occur.
