Terms of Service

1. Introduction
By enrolling in VUCAMAX Leadership courses, you agree to these terms. These terms govern your use of all virtual training materials, sessions, and related content.

2. Access and Use
Upon registration, Clients will gain full access to the course modules, workbooks, and live virtual training sessions. Clients are expected to complete all required exercises and actively participate in the training.

3. Course Access
Upon payment, you receive access to all course modules. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Participating in live virtual training sessions.
  • Completing all provided workbooks.
  • Implementing the strategies outlined within the course.

Clients acknowledge that the course’s success depends on individual effort and that the company provides education and guidance but does not guarantee results.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Engage fully in all course materials.
  • Complete the provided workbooks.
  • Apply the principles of VUCAMAX Mastery in personal or professional settings.

Success is reliant on the Client’s own effort, commitment, and participation.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all course materials, strategies, and techniques. Clients may not reproduce or distribute course materials outside their personal use without written permission from VUCAMAX.

6. Indemnification and Liability
Clients understand that there are no guarantees of specific results from the course. VUCAMAX will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from participation. By enrolling, the Client agrees to indemnify VUCAMAX against any claims or damages arising from course participation.

7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington state. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in accordance with Washington state law.

8. Non-Transferability
Enrollment in the course is personal to the Client and cannot be transferred to others without express permission from VUCAMAX.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the purchase, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. You acknowledge that the course is non-refundable and that your success is dependent on your individual participation.
